Iceland’s volcanic ash halts flights to MadeiraApr 15, 2010 · 1 minute read
Smoke and steam from the volcano under the Eyjafjallajokull glacier in Iceland, melting ice, shooting smoke and steam into the air and forcing the cancellation of flights in Britain and disrupting air traffic across northern Europe, stranding thousands of passengers.
Some of our customers will be stranded at their airports, so we will ease this situation by reimbursing “No Shows” under evidence of flight difficulties. Therefore, we are waving the 48 hours cancellation warning for customers affected by this Nature event.
Any customer affected should contact us at www.madeirawindbirds.com or call us to +351-917777441.
