New Terms and Conditions effective November 1st

Currently, we are reviewing all Madeira Wind Birds Terms and Conditions. The idea behind this review is to guarantee that everything continues to go smooth for customers and for us.

Everyday, new business interference appears, new business hazards that put our existence and the quality we aspire at risk.

Although it sounds negative, we give some examples: swine flu H1N1 infections put customers life at risk, sea pollution will interfere in marine life observation and might put your life at risk.

The new document is applicable from November 1st, 2009 for new bookings and December 1st 2009 for already confirmed bookings.

The document derives from Portuguese Law and jurisprudence and all clauses have been deemed legal under Law.
