Are these land tours appropriate for a senior person?
Madeira Wind Birds tours are mainly by car, providing easy and flat walks for about 1 hour. We confidently advise that even the Night Expedition tour is suitable for all ages - our oldest customer to complete the tour was 86! It is worth noting that the walk does include an ascent and descent of the mountain at a high altitude, but it ultimately depends on the fitness of the individual.
